before you decide.
A consultation is a conversation, separate from clinical treatment. We look at your situation together, including records and imaging you already have, and talk through your options. When it helps, I follow up with your other healthcare providers.
First, are you located in Illinois?
Clinical dental consultations are offered under my Illinois license.
Second Opinion Consultation
For anyone navigating a complex decision who wants an outside perspective: a second opinion, guidance on treatment options, or help fitting dental care into a bigger medical picture. It's separate from clinical treatment. Depending on what comes up, I may follow up with your other healthcare providers, which sometimes leads to a second session together.
Treatment Planning Review
For patients who have had a comprehensive exam at Wrigleyville Dental.
We sit down together and go through all of your diagnostics: what was found, what it means, and where to go from here, including any connections between your oral health and the rest of your body worth exploring.

My clinical consultations are for Illinois residents. For people everywhere else, I’m building an education-based guidance program. It won’t diagnose or treat, but it will help you understand your options and ask better questions of your own dentist.
Is this virtual or in person?
Either. Most second opinions work well by video. In-person visits take place at Wrigleyville Dental.
What should I bring?
Any x-rays, CBCT scans, treatment plans, or reports you have. You’ll get a short note on how to send them after booking. Please don’t include health details in the booking form itself.
Does insurance cover this?
Consultations are paid directly at booking. On request, I can give you a receipt to submit to your insurer yourself.
What happens after?
You leave with clarity and clear next steps. If it helps, and with your permission, I reach out to your other providers.
